Cancellations and Return

 

Cancellations Policy 

 

I want to cancel my order, how to do the same ?

Customer can cancel their order within 1-2 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. If your order is not dispatched, you could call our customer support helpline or write to us on customer@jebelz.com to cancel the order. This could be initiated from your user account as well. Our team will take your feedback on cancellation to serve you better in future.

Prepaid Order 

If you wish to cancel a prepaid order where you have already made a payment, all the charges related to payment gateway would be deducted from your paid amount and balance would be refunded to you within 10 business days. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and on the same credit/debit cards initially used. 

Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) Order 

You could cancel your C-o-D order by writing to us or by calling our customer support helpline. 

 

Returns Policy 

 

I have received my item and is not opened (box's seal or packing), Can I return it ?

You could return your items till next 10 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided it is not used (box's seal/ packaging and labels/tags are intact). If there is any payment gateway and shipping fee on this order it would be deducted from your refund amount. 

Please make sure your items do not fall under non-returnable products.

 

Non-returnable Products

Unfortunately we cannot return following items :

  • Cosmetics, Personal Care and Fragrances
  • Lingerie and Swimwear
  • Books 

 

I have received my item and it is used/seal is broken, Can I return it ?

No. Once item is used by consumer it cannot be returned. 

 

I have received a counterfeit/defective/used item, Can I return it ?

Yes. You will get your full refund of your amount.

 

How could I initiate a Return ? 

Return could be initiated from your User account. You could also initiate a return by writing to our customer support on customer@jebelz.com or by calling our customer support helpline.

 

In how much time would I get refund for return item ?

You will receive your refund within 10 business days from the date of return pick-up. 

 

Can I get refund amount in some other country ?

We cannot refund in other countries, you could share your family member or friend's bank details for refund in UAE. 

 

There is some technical problem with my purchased item, what should I do ?

Please visit respective brand's service centre to resolve it or get replacement from them.
